This set of cook books have kept our tummies full and happy for the last year or so. Yummy, healthy food for any meal or occasion with all the dietary information on each recipe right there to make fat, carb or calorie choices to suit your diet.

I just wanted to share because if you are looking for books with everyday ingredients and easy to follow fat reduced recipes, these are them.

Today I made from these books

*Chicken Pesto Pasta
*Potato Meat Pie
*Zucchini Slice (using up the last of my zucchini from my garden)
*Mars Bar Slice (using lite Mars Bars, a great treat for school)
*Chocolate Chip Muffins

I also baked fresh bread to go with dinner tonight.
