I couldn't believe how quickly Squeezo works. Such a time and wrist saver!!!!! One thing I did learn was not to use previously frozen tomatoes in him. They have too much liquid to push through and this does take a bit longer. Next season I will put the tomatoes through Squeezo first, then freeze while waiting for the whole crop to be ready.
We now have 7 litres of yummy homemade tomato sauce. The tomatoes and garlic were home grown but I had to buy the onions as I didn't have enough of our own.
What a great gadget! Jealous of the sauce too!

I can totally relate to how you feel. It's no fun feeling like you can't do the things you need and want to do. Hang in there! I pray that your joints will be feeling better very soon. Ginger tea helps me with joint pain.
ReplyDeleteThe sauce looks great.
