This would have to be my all time favourite vege bake. Full of broccoli, tomatoes, homemade pesto, pasta and pumpkin seeds, it's just so yummy.
This bake is from my very favourite vegetarian cookbook, 'very easy vegetarian cookbook' by Alison and Simon Holst. It's an older book from around 1998 and worth every cent if you can get your hands on a copy.

A roast pork roll, potato salad and tossed salad. Easy!
