TODAY....

I cooked and I pondered over whether I can really do this stay at home thing financially. Of course I woke at 3am and started thinking about this so I'm tired and now thinking I may go back to my part time job after all. I have a few weeks to reach a decision and I'm working next Wednesday to help out, so I guess I'll see how I feel after that.

Anyway, back to the cooking......

Dozens of sausage rolls.
Perfect for the kid's after school snacks.

    rethinking your new job...it's hard to decide. I had thought I was good to go one direction, then wondering about another, then hubby said i need you here Friday, but I'm at the other job Friday, and I hate to burn a bridge that I might need come may. Thinking I need a bit to do when it's not tax season, but when it is, it's more than I can keep up with.
    Good luck deciding. Price of gas makes you weigh it a little, too. The other job buys the gas, but not as much and it takes some to go back and forth...things that make you go hmmmmmm....

    Those sausage rolls look absolutely fantastic! Can you share the recipe? My husband loves them and I've never made them. Sorry about the indecision about work... not sleeping because of worry is never fun :(
